New Service Evaluation Questionnaire + Prize Draw
Dumfries and Galloway LGBT Plus have created a new service evaluation questionnaire and would like as many people as possible from our region and beyond to complete this and tell us what it is you want to see in our region for the LGBTQ+ community, and also how you think our service could be utilised better to meet the needs of our community across the region.
Charities and 3rd sector agencies rely on input and feedback from its members and its community, and without it they may not get funding for projects, activities and be lost forever.
To encourage people to complete our survey, we are entering all those who complete our survey into a prize draw for the chance to win a BRAND NEW SAMSUNG S5 Tablet (contact details are required to enable us to let you know if your the winner)
All questions in the survey must be completed for your entry to be eligible for the draw, and your entry will be added into the draw which will made on 15th February 2023.
Winners will need to collect the prize in person from either of our offices in Dumfries or Stranraer, due to postage costs and insurance.
Entrants must be over 16 years old, and we will only accept 1 entry per email address.
