Key Responsibilities
As a Trustee, you will have the privilege and responsibility to:
- Act in the Interests of the Charity
- Ensure Compliance with the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005
- Review details on the Scottish Charity Register
- Report to OSCR: making changes to the charity
- Keep financial records and reporting
- Support fundraising
- Providing information to the public
